The Villa
Alta is thoughtfully arranged across several half-levels, each carved into the natural hillside to maximise views and create intimate spaces for every guest.

<li>Upper level — Three suites including the magnificent Master Suite with private bathroom (bathtub, shower & WC) and sweeping views over Pinarello Bay. The Master, Pinarello and Bavella suites are all accessible from inside the villa.</li>
<li>Main level — A bright, open-plan living and dining room flowing onto a panoramic terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave.</li>
<li>Pool level — The Majorelle Suite, with mountain views and independent exterior access — perfect for guests who enjoy their own private entrance and complete autonomy.</li>
<li>Garden level — The fifth suite, nestled in lush Mediterranean vegetation, also with independent exterior access — a peaceful retreat for those seeking quiet and shade.</li>
