🍳 Kitchen — Electric stove, pot, frying pan, spatula, knife, cutting board, scissors, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.
🅿️ Parking — Free street parking available near the building. Unlimited spaces, though not always directly in front.
🤿 Snorkeling — Gear rental available on-site. Dive right from below the property and explore the coral reefs at your own pace.

- Early check-in / Late check-out: 1,000 THB per hour (subject to availability)

- Vehicle plate number required before arrival.

- No loud noise outside between 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Early check-in / Late check-out: 1,000 THB per hour (subject to availability).
- Please close and double-lock the doors every time when leaving the villa.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- No smoking inside the house. Fine: 2,000 THB.
- Extra guests beyond the booking are not allowed. If permitted, charge is 1,000 THB per person.
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage. Charges will be based on actual cost.
- Kitchen must be cleaned after use. Cleaning fee 1,000 THB if left unclean.
- Please dispose of food waste properly to avoid ants or insects.
- Power or water outages caused by external systems or natural events are beyond our control, and the property cannot be held responsible.
