Getting around

The home is easy to find and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. In winter months, the local roads could require chains (specifically in the higher altitudes towards Pinecrest). The driveway is somewhat steep and can also become icy or slick. It is best to stay to the right when going up the driveway for better traction.

Key Code entry will be sent within 48 hours of arrival.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 8

No more than 8 persons may occupy the premises at one time unless prior written consent of the owner is obtained. All guests over the age of 6 months will count towards the occupancy maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of guests or, exceeding the maximum, may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. There is also an additional fee of $100 per person, per night, for over occupancy.

House Rules

We are excited for you to stay with us, but we do have some basic house rules. Violations may result in loss of security deposit or eviction. We want to continue to offer this amazing space for many years. Thank you for your understanding!
-Please kindly do not smoke or vape (anything) inside the home.
-Please be respectful of the residential area and please no house parties.
-Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 9pm.
-One small dog (30lb or smaller) is allowed for a $35 pet fee. Please consult us if you wish to bring more than one.
-Please do not unplug or modify any of the WiFi routers, modems, or other appliances.
-Please do not download any pirated or illegal content using our WiFi.
-Limited parking available, please contact us in advance if you need parking arranged for more than two vehicles. Please note the driveway is steep and if you have a low clearance vehicle you may bottom out.
-Please keep the doors and windows closed when the heater or AC is on. Please turn the thermostats back to 68*F when you check out.
-Only registered guests that are included on the reservation are permitted at the house. Please ensure that the correct number of guests is reflected in your reservation request. Visitors must be approved in advance.
-Make sure to read and follow the checkout instructions that will be provided to you. That includes taking out trash, stripping the beds. placing dishes in the dishwasher and locking up when you leave.

One pet allowed with prior approval from host. Please be sure to clean up all pet waste from the yard. Please do not leave pet unattended, unless secured in a dog crate.

Payment Policy

We will arrange either a Venmo or PayPal payment prior to arrival. We will reach out after booking is confirmed for a 50% deposit.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage Deposit will be returned three days following rental to give our cleaning crew time to inspect the premise post rental. Normal wear and tear is expected, but if the house is deemed to be especially unkept or damage is noted, refund will not be issued. Please also follow check-out policy as outlined. No smoking, vaping, drug use or pets allowed. No parties or events. Failure to follow these policies will also result in loss of damage deposit as well as potential eviction without refund.

100% refund if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in
50% refund if cancelled 10 - 30 days before check-in
No refund if cancelled less than 10 days before check-in
