The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. It is very spacious, being glazed allows one side of the terrace to be used as a work area.

Easily accessible housing. The building has 3 elevators. The house does not have a step. It has a supermarket on the ground floor of the building.

The apartment is located in the heart of Marbella. In the basement of the building you will find the supermarket, in 2 minutes you can reach the old town and in 3 minutes to the beach and the marina.
