Large Primary Bedroom 12x20'.
Kitchen with quartz countertops, fridge/freezer, ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher and lots of cupboards. You can eat at the counter in the kitchen, at the table with chairs in the kitchen by the window or in the Dining Room. Kitchen is 11x20'.
Dining Room with seating for 4 which can be expanded to 6 if needed. All windows have insulated shades for privacy.

Bathroom with a large 38x55" walk-in shower. A water heater is located in the bathroom so that you have instant hot water. Our water is excellent and tested for safety.

Apartment includes plenty of comfy towels.
The laundry/storage area. The washer/dryer are for your exclusive use. We have softened water so laundry comes out nice and soft. Detergent, etc. is supplied for your normal needs.
The walk-in shower is 38x55" or approx. 1x1.4 meters
Your own front entrance with Eat-in Kitchen window on the left and Living/Dining Room windows on the right. There is plenty of parking area and we are situated well off the road for peace and quiet. Keycode is provided prior to your arrival.

About this place

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene location. With 11 acres of bliss, this large one bedroom apartment welcomes your well behaved family pets. Featuring a fully equipped bright and spacious eat-in kitchen, dining area, large quiet bedroom and second entrance, laundry room, reading room, comfy leather sofas make your stay memorable.
A large fenced area adjoins the bedroom for a safe play area for your furry friends. We also have 2 kms. of wooded trails for you to explore.

The space
Your apartment is separated from the owner's home. It has it's own entrance and exit to the back yard. With lots of parking space, you will feel complete privacy however, we are next door if there are any problems, supplies that you might need or if you just want to share a coffee.
The apartment is 932 sq. ft. or 87 sq meters.

Additionally, your exclusive fully fenced backyard is 7500 sq ft or 700 sq meters so your furry friend has lots of room to roam. We have 11 acres of wooded land with 2 kms of trails for you to explore. We are next to protected wetlands so it's very common to see deer, geese and in season, hawks, ducks, swans, eagles, turkey vultures, plus hundreds of song birds.

You have full use and privacy of the apartment and the 11 acres to explore.
Sorry, we do not allow motorized trail bikes or ATVs on the trails. We value quiet enjoyment of nature.

The keycode for front door access will be given to you prior to arrival.

Other things to note
We love furry friends. Please keep them on a leash when you are walking the trails for their own safety. There are lots of deer and other wild animals on the property and we don't want you to scare them and especially, we don't want your pets to disappear into the vast woodlands that surround us. Your exclusive fully fenced backyard is 7500 sq ft or 700 sq meters so your furry companion has lots of room to run.
The trails are easy for humans to walk, the surrounding wooded areas can be challenging.
Please note that we have trail and security cameras on the property plus there is now a Ring Doorbell beside the front door outside. There are no security cameras inside at all.
