After booking, we require Guests 18+ to provide their full names and phone numbers for registration with the building. Building security will not permit access to guests who’s information was not provided.

Please note that the keys & fob(s) must be returned to the lockbox in P1. We recommend taking a photo upon departure. Lost keys & fob(s) will result in a $100 fee per lost unit.

We are 100% smoke free building and unit. We do not allow smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will be met with penalties, fines and potential removal.

We appreciate courteous guests who are respectful of neighbors and keep noise volumes lower during overnight hours.

We appreciate your observance of our house rules for the comfort of both yourself and all future guests.

Unfortunately, we do not offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

Note - any reservations over 28 nights will require additional documentation to be signed including a standard lease. This is a requirement of the condominium and province of Ontario.
