The beach is about a 2-3 minute drive; to a great, big public beach with lots of parking, showers, bathrooms, a food truck, and picnic areas. you are a 5 minute drive to the newer Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Pier area and 5 minuted (the other direction) to the central, older town with walkable shopping and dining districts.

if you want to unwind and lounge at the house you can do so comfortably. Enjoy the large pool, the oh-so relaxing hot tub or sit in the shade and sip a cocktail of your making at the large tiki bar. Big TV in the living room, TV's in every room, and great air conditioning make for nice lounging about. there is a gracious dining area that has multiple options for seating, whether you want a big family meal or a snack at the kitchen island or something in between like a lunch for all the kids at a medium-sized table.
