Surrounded by nature, this beautiful cabin offers plenty of space for 10 guests to relax, enjoy each other’s company and make wonderful memories.

2 master bedrooms are on the first floor provides guests with a luxuriously comfortable king-sized beds, topped with a super comfy mattress. It’s so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! Not only will you be able to enjoy your favorite TV shows on the 55” smart TV, but also the breathtaking views through the exceptionally large windows bringing nature indoors. Cozy up in the hanging chair with your favorite morning beverage and a blanket. In the mornings, step through the back doors to enjoy alone time and a warm cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up.

Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the 3rd bedroom, complete with 4 custom built-in bunk beds with trundle beds. Sit back and relax on one of the two oversized bean bags, while enjoying your favorite show or movie on the 100" indoor projector screen. It’s a great space for kids to hang out with a few board games, especially while listening to the pitter-patter of raindrops on a rainy day. But no kid will get bored when there are 7 arcades to pick from and play for hours. 5 arcades in the game room with a Star Wars digital arcade pinball machine as well as even a 2-person arcade in the top loft area. This fun area is MUST SEE.

3 full size stylish bathrooms with modern fixtures and plenty of room are available for use throughout your stay.

On the first floor, each master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, complete with double sink vanity.

A 3rd full bathroom can be found on the second floor, offering a modern, clean vibe and a hot shower. There’s plenty of bathroom space, so rest assured there won’t be a line for the bathroom.

As you enter the main floor of this luxurious cabin for the first time, you’ll be struck by the beauty of the high ceilings and the natural light streaming through the open-concept kitchen and living room.

A fully stocked, modern kitchen is waiting for you to use as much or as little as you want! The kitchen boasts a full range of stainless-steel appliances, and no detail is overlooked, from a gas stove and oven to a high-quality Keurig coffee maker. Start each day by brewing coffee your way and choosing from many outdoor spaces to enjoy it. And for even more fun in the kitchen, pull down the "monster milk shakes" book and use the milk shake mixer to create the most awesome milk shakes your family has ever seen! Share the pics cause we want to see them!!!

We’ve added lots of personal touches throughout the cabin. Looking to unwind with some home cooking while you’re here? Get some cooking ideas from our favorite recipe books! We threw in a rack of spices to inspire you. We even provide everything you need to make s’mores on the outside fire pit – so get to toasting some marshmallows and making some magical family memories!

We like to keep things casual yet stylish at “Yay Frame”. The exquisite granite kitchen island is as functional as it is attractive, providing space for the family to gather around to enjoy meals or keep the chef company.

The comfortable living room is the perfect place for the whole family to relax. Find a spot on the plump, oversized leather sofa or one of the comfy leather chairs. Flip a switch and enjoy the warming ambiance of the indoor fireplace while catching up on your favorite TV shows on the large 75” smart TV. You’ll also find an impressive selection of games, puzzles, books, and DVDS to choose from.

The highlight of any Broken Bow cabin getaway is the outdoor space and amazing views of nature. With plenty of outdoor amenities, this cozy cabin is the perfect getaway for families who love spending time outside.

Head to the back patio to find the spacious, wooden deck. With a bubbling hot tub, a large Polywood picnic table for eight, and lots of chairs for you to sit in and enjoy the scenery, we’re sure you’ll find this the perfect place to relax and watch the kids at play.

This is outdoor living at its best. Cook some burgers or hot dogs on the BBQ grill. Enjoy them with a few drinks, while listening to the sound of the birds in the tall pines. Enjoy the hook & ring game, axe throwing (yes, I said axe throwing) and a giant sizes checkers board! Cozy up by the outdoor fireplace and turn on an outdoor movie on the 65" smart TV.

When it starts to get darker, slow the pace down a little and make use of the convenient fire pit. We’ve arranged lots of seating around it, so you’ll be able to enjoy moonlit conversations and lots of s’mores! Don’t worry when the evening starts to draw in. The ambient string lights mean that little ones will be able to carry on playing long after bedtime (parent permission pending)! There’s plenty of free parking on the property with a circle drive so bring your boat or ATV.

Fast wifi is available throughout the property, so you’ll be able to stream for fun or work.

"Yay Frame” is located in the new Hickory Hills community between Broken Bow & Hochatown, Oklahoma.

The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. While all the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy our cabin is easily accessible & roads are flat. The cabin has a circular gravel drive for parking with plenty of space for a boat or ATV trailer.

Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.
