🐶 Pet-Friendly Stay
We’re happy to welcome up to 2 dogs with approval. The home features a huge fully fenced backyard, making it a great setup for traveling with pets. A pet fee applies. Please clean up after your pets and let us know right away about any accidents or damage so we can keep the home in great shape for future guests.

🔥 Grill / Outdoor Area
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space and grill during their stay. Please use caution, never leave the grill unattended while in use, and make sure everything is turned off after use.

🐜 Nature & Outdoor Living
Because of the backyard and outdoor space, you may occasionally see bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, or other common outdoor critters — especially during warmer months. We do have regular pest control, but this is a normal part of staying in Ohio.
To help keep the home comfortable:
• Keep doors and windows closed when not in use
• Store food properly
• Dispose of trash regularly

The home is cleaned and prepared before each guest arrival, with extra attention given to high-touch surfaces, linens, towels, kitchens, and bathrooms.
