This top-floor beachfront loft was designed for a relaxed Panama City Beach getaway, with direct Gulf views, a private balcony, and a bright open layout that makes the most of the beachside setting.
The main living space features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and easy access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf — perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, or winding down after a day on the beach.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom known as The Crow’s Nest includes both a king bed and queen bed, along with a dedicated workspace and its own A/C unit. The loft has a fun and cozy feel that many families and adventurous guests love, but please note that ceiling clearance is lower in some areas (maximum height approximately 5'3"), so adults will need to duck in certain spots.
On the main level, guests will also find a double bed nook and sleeper sofa, giving the condo flexible sleeping arrangements for couples, families, or small groups.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, a hair dryer, and starter toiletries for your stay.
GOOD TO KNOW
• This is a walk-up condo located on the top floor with three flights of exterior stairs, plus an interior staircase leading to the loft.
• The loft stairs are steeper than standard stairs and may not be ideal for very young children, guests with mobility concerns, or anyone uncomfortable with stairs.
• The loft is an open sleeping space and does not offer the same privacy as a traditional enclosed bedroom layout.
• The condo is located in a lively central Panama City Beach area near restaurants, nightlife, and attractions, so some surrounding noise may occasionally be noticeable during busy weekends or peak season. Sound machines are provided for light sleepers.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• The primary guest must be 21+ and complete the required rental agreement and verification process prior to check-in.
Guests will have full access to the entire loft-style condo, including the private Gulf-view balcony.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a low-density beachfront building and is accessible by stairs only. Please note that there is no elevator.

PARKING

You’ll also be just a short drive from attractions like Topgolf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and other popular Panama City Beach destinations, making this a great home base for both relaxing beach days and exploring the area.
GETTING AROUND
DRIVING
Driving is the easiest way to explore Panama City Beach and the surrounding area. Front Beach Road runs directly in front of the property and provides convenient access to restaurants, attractions, grocery stores, and other parts of PCB.
WALKING
One of the best parts of this location is how walkable it is. Pier Park is about a 12–15 minute beach walk away, and several popular restaurants, beach bars, and local favorites are even closer.
BIKING
Biking along Front Beach Road is a popular way to get around, and local bike rental options are available nearby.
RIDESHARE
Uber and Lyft are both widely available in Panama City Beach and are great options for dining out, nightlife, or airport transportation.
PARKING TIP
A parking pass is included with your stay, but parking near busy attractions like Pier Park can become limited during peak season. In many cases, walking can be quicker and more convenient.
