Welcome to The Thirsty Cactus, your peaceful, family-friendly retreat in Chandler, AZ! This spacious 2,300 sq. ft. single-level home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to make lasting memories

Backyard Oasis:
-Step outside to your private backyard oasis, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Take a refreshing dip in the pool (ranging from 2 ft to 8 ft deep) or unwind in the in-ground heated gas spa. The covered patio features an outdoor dining table for six, sun loungers, patio heaters, a mini-fridge, and a 36" outdoor TV.
-Fire up the Monument natural gas BBQ grill for a cookout or enjoy a little friendly competition with the ping pong table.

Backyard Fun:
-In addition to the pool and spa, the backyard offers a variety of activities for all ages, including pool floats, outdoor games, scooters, a giant Connect 4, and a backyard putting green. Guests can also enjoy poolside basketball for even more fun in the sun.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Inside, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
-Master Suite (Bedroom 1): King bed, 55" TV, walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
-Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed and a 43" TV—perfect for kids or additional guests.
-Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each features a cozy Queen bed and a 43" TV.

Living & Dining:
-Relax in either the living room or family room, both equipped with 55" TVs, or catch up on work in the dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, filtered water, and a Keurig coffee and tea station.
-When it’s time to gather, enjoy meals at the large indoor dining table with seating for up to 10 guests.

No Pets Allowed:
While we absolutely love animals, please note that The Thirsty Cactus is not a pet-friendly property and no pets are allowed during your stay.

NO SMOKING:
This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. A $500 fine will be issued for smoking anywhere on the premises.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100–102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, message us in advance and we’ll happily turn it on for you.

Pool Heater:
The pool requires a large amount of natural gas to heat, so using this feature incurs a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request pool heating.

Pool Cleaner:
Our pool technician visits on Tuesdays and enters through the side gate. He will not disturb your stay. On windy days, some sand or leaves may blow into the pool. While our cleaners do their best to maintain it, some light debris may remain. A pool skimmer is provided for your convenience.

Important Neighborhood Guidelines:
This home is located in a quiet, close-knit residential neighborhood with very strict community rules. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors at all times. This is not a party house. Noise, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct is not permitted. For safety reasons—especially with many children in the area—the side gate to the pool must remain closed at all times. Any behavior that disturbs the neighborhood, including excessive noise, unsafe activity, or violations of local laws or community rules, may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
