A private club for people who want to live in a small medieval Italian located in the Ligurian Alps. Great cycling and hiking. Surrounded by mountains there are cycling and hiking trails outside your door. Forty minutes to the Italian Riviera Mediterranean Sea. Thirty minutes to the famous Langhe wine region to tour wineries. Easy day trip to Nice and Monaco.

Julia is an American living in Italy. She has been living in Italy for over 15 years and attended high school and university in Italy. After a career as an architect and developer, she has been restoring historical properties in the Garessio Old Town and making them available to guests who want a peaceful place to stay while working, creating or enjoying outdoor sports.

Getting around
Garessio is accessible by train to the Ceva train station. From the train station there is a bus that comes to Garessio every half hour. By car Garessio is an easy highway drive from the Milan Malpensa airport, Genova and Nice international airports. Garessio is a walkable town. You can walk everywhere.
