The Owl's Nest - Ellijay

**WELCOME TO THE OWL’S NEST! **

The Owl’s Nest is a beautiful cabin located in northeast Ellijay within the popular Walnut Mountain community, just 14 minutes to downtown Ellijay and 25 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Come fall in love with the warmth of this all wood cabin and enjoy snuggling up by the fireplace or sit in a rocker under the string lights on the porch to take in the ever-changing seasonal mountain views.

** THE CABIN **

Bedrooms: 2 beds (1 queen bedroom and 1 queen upstairs open loft). Additionally, both couches are queen pullouts. We provide multiple sets of extra quilts, linens, & pillows.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms (Full bathroom main level tub/shower combo and laundry & full bathroom loft level with shower)

Great Room: Gas log fireplace. 42" flat screen TV with Roku to sign into your personal streaming services (cable and streaming services not provided).

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig (2 complimentary pods provided), standard coffee maker (coffee and decaf provided), dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, blender, wine/bottle openers, wine glasses, pint glasses, margarita glasses, and tupperware. Bar height dining table with barstool seating for 4. One dish detergent pod will be provided. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few spices are also provided.

Laundry: Laundry is located in the main level bathroom.

Outside: Spacious wraparound porch with string lighting, 4 rocking chairs in the front, a 4-person table with umbrella on the side, and gas grill. Fire pits are not allowed in this development.

Parking: Up to 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway to the right of the cabin.

Community: Take advantage of the excellent community amenities including a seasonal pool (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. You can also fish in one of the several lakes on the Walnut Mountain property or enjoy the many hiking trails.

A gate code will be text to you through the "ButterflyMX" gate system. You will enter through gate 2.
