As the owner during your stay I like to provide space and privacy to the guests. However, I am available at all times to resolve any mishaps at the property.

It's just minutes away from supermarkets, several shopping centers, and important restaurants in the area. Just steps away from the property, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a boat trip to Icacos Island, Palominos Island, Culebra and Vieques. You can visit several tourist sites such as: El Yunque Rain Forest, Coquí Water Park, Las Cabezas de San Juan, La Bahía Bioluminiscente, Las Croabas and the different beaches in the area such as Seven Seas, Playa Escondida and Playa Colorá.

Once visitors arrive at the access control of the property and check in with the security guards, they go straight to the end. They then make a right, quickly make another right to the guest house where the apartment mailbox is located to pick up the lock box containing the keys.

Exit the guest house and make a right to the end. Immediately make two rights and the second building on the right hand side is where the apartment is located. As a reference it is the second building next to the Tennis Court.

Visitors have 2 free parking spaces 221-222 on the property for the use of your vehicle. They can also walk around the neighborhood where they will find kiosks, restaurants, marinas where they can take boats for trips to the islands Icacos and Palomino.
