The backyard also features artificial turf, automatic outdoor lighting, and the added convenience of a fully fenced yard for your privacy and peace of mind.

We've got you covered with pool towels and toys for ultimate relaxation.

ACTIVITIES
Enjoy the comfort of two inviting living rooms equipped with TVs and a selection of games for your entertainment. Dive into the refreshing pool, perfect for a cool plunge and make a splash with our collection of pool toys.

For our younger guests, there's a charming neighborhood playground to explore and play.

For the adventurous guests, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Sonoran desert with a nature hike, take a thrilling tube ride down the Salt River, or explore the scenic trails of Usery on a mountain bike adventure.

WILDLIFE
Experience the presence of diverse wildlife as our property is conveniently situated nearby Usery Regional Park.

Keep an eye out for the graceful passage of coyotes, road runners, hummingbirds, hawks, and the occasional visit from owls and javelinas.

Guests have full access to the entire property except for the two-car garage and master suite. Both will be locked and inaccessible to guests.

There is a property caretaker living in the neighborhood who sets the trash bin once a week. Other than that, we have weekly pool service and biweekly landscaping. Vendors will not interact with guests outside of dealing with any necessary repairs.

By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:

1) No Pet Policy. We are unable to accommodate guests traveling with pets due to owners' severe allergic reactions to animal hair. This includes service animals.

2) Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Your host must approve any additional guests or visitors.

3) We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises, including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 fee and removal from the property without a refund.

4) Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

The pool area is not fenced and poses a safety risk to young kids. Swimming pool & liability waiver are expressed and agreed to by booking. Signing of the pool liability waiver is a requirement.

5) There is a weekly pool service. During the monsoon seasons, guests will be provided net and skimmers if more than weekly service is needed for the swimming pool.

6) We understand accidents happen, so if any accidental or intentional damage is caused to the home, please let us know before your departure.

7) This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night, we ask for no loud noises after 10 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be right for you.

8) Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $35 plus the shipping cost and must be prepaid before the item is sent.

9) When leaving the house, Please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

10) Feel free to use the barbecue outside set up for our guests’ use. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.

11) Please do not rearrange furniture.

12) This property requires an Arizona lease agreement for any stay over 30 days.
