BOOKING PROCESS:
As soon as you book you will receive a message asking you to confirm your booking and to sign our rental agreement. You will then receive your GUEST PORTAL. This ia an amazing Guide that will have your entry information, locatl restaurants and activities, events that are happening during your stay, the ability to request Early Check-in and more! Make sure you confirm your reservation and sign the rental agreement as soon as you book so you trigger this amazing vacation planner. We look forward to providing you with a 5-star vacation!

"Sun-Kissed Beach Mansion | Dog-friendly +Roof deck....The house fit our needs perfectly. The accommodations were perfect for celebrating my wife's Birthday and spending time on the beach with family and friends. Access to the beach was a short walk across the street and being a dog friendly house combined with a dog friendly beach is always a huge +++. The roof deck which wasn't shown in the pics when we booked was a pleasant surprise. There is a firepit and it would appear newly added Adirondack chairs on the deck which has great views and was a great place for all to hang out. "This house was amazing. The house seemed larger in person than I thought it looked in the pictures. There are great little nooks, balconies, and a roof top deck that were fun to hang out on. The house was set up with everything needed to cook meals. There were extra items in the bathroom cabinets in case you forget something. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space around the house to have privacy when needed since we were a large group. If you have a large group or a family reunion, this was a great location. There was easy access to the beach directly across the street. If you need a smaller beach without waves because of little kids, there is a beach about 4 blocks away that is protected by jettys (marina section) where the water is also a little warmer. If you are in to outdoor activities such as swimming, surfing, and kayaking, this is a great place to stay." Sara June, 2025
