Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping) is not allowed indoors or on the balcony. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is found.

• No Unapproved Guests – $500 Fine
Only the guests included in the Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property.
Unregistered visitors or overnight guests will result in a $500 violation fee.

• Quiet Hours After 10 PM
Please respect the building and neighbors.
No loud music, loud conversations, or noise on the balcony, hallways, or inside the unit after 10:00 PM.

• Respect the Space
Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and décor. Any damages will be charged at replacement cost.

• No Moving Furniture
Furniture placement must remain as-is for safety reasons.

• Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise confirmed.

• Building Rules Must Be Followed
All guests must follow the building and community rules provided in the listing and house manual.
