Watch stunning sunsets from either one of our two docks [great for fishing too!] Explore the area by kayaking and experience the waters of Lake Norman from our private beach. Stay warm while enjoying those cool evenings with fire pits at this tranquil lake spot.

Only minutes from grocery & retail stores, parks, restaurants and bars. Conveniently located next to highway 77 for a short ride to any downtown Charlotte activity.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the screened-in porch, have lunch on the front dock under the large umbrella and chow down on dinner while watching the sunset out on the far dock that includes an adorable Tiki hut with a small fridge!

The private beach space will be sure to keep those kiddos happy and the gorgeous views will keep you wanting to come back time & time again!

There are 3 kayaks available for use with life jackets provided.

Fire pits are available for use as well, with one on the master bedroom porch, one on the front dock and one out on the far dock.

A large outdoor heater on the screened-in porch will allow for you to enjoy outdoor dinners even on those cooler evenings.

High Speed Internet is available for your streaming entertainment, with two TV's in the home and one out on the far dock for watching your favorite teams while enjoying the lake views.

A Pack N Play is available for those traveling with small children.

We are available via email & phone during your stay and conveniently located only a few miles away for quick access.

Located on Lake Norman across from the familiar Stutt's Marina and centrally located in Mooresville off exit 33, there are plenty of opportunities for shopping + other fun outdoor activities.

From the U.S. National White Water Center less 30 miles south of this home, or the Lake Norman State park located less than 20 miles north, there is fun to be had by all!

For those football fans, the Panther's Bank of America Stadium is a quick 25 miles straight down hwy 77!

There is quick access to our fun surrounding cities such as Cornelius, Huntersville, Statesville and Charlotte.
