Smart lock -Keyless entry. -Upon arrival, keypad is on the right side of the front door frame. The front door code is the last 4 digits of your phone number (XXXX). Enter that in and press the YALE logo. Door should open after a few seconds. -To lock upon exiting the home, press the YALE logo. DO NOT ENTER CODE - Garage access: garage remote is located on key rack. PARKING: park in the garage, driveway, or the street. Do not block any driveways including our own. If parking on the driveway please pull up as far as possible to not block sidewalk access for our neighbors that need wheelchair accessibility.

Please be advised that by booking you agree to the following: -No pets -No smoking indoors and on rooftop terrace (home is on a sprinkler system) -No events or parties -No guests of guests - No commercial usage allowed unless authorized by host -A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required for this property within 24 hours prior to check-in. After departure, our housekeepers will clean and inspect the unit. Deposit to be refunded within 48 hours, less any damage or missing items.
