The Gary House is a thoughtfully designed, single-level home offering a warm and comfortable setting for families, couples, and small groups. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and spacious living areas, the home provides a perfect balance of functionality and relaxation.

The open-concept living room features vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of natural light—ideal for movie nights or quiet evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, while the adjacent dining area is perfect for gathering and sharing time together.

Step outside into your own private backyard retreat, complete with a covered patio strung with lights, a hot tub, and a wood-burning fireplace—ideal for unwinding under the Arizona stars. The front patio, with its bubbling fountain and shaded seating, offers a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Additional comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi, a workstation for remote work or planning your outings, a front-load washer and dryer, and a two-car garage with optional MyQ app access. Guests will receive a unique door code via email three days before arrival as part of a detailed welcome email. This code provides secure, keyless entry through the front door and will remain active for the duration of your stay.

For garage access, we use the MyQ app. If you’d like to use the garage, simply send us the email addresses you’d like to pair with the app, and we’ll grant you remote access prior to check-in.

Check-in is completely contactless and flexible after 4:00 PM, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. If you have any questions at any point, we're just a message away and happy to help!
