Our home is a beautiful turn-of-the century 1910 California Craftsman and has 5 separate Primary Guest Apartments with separate entrances, kitchens, living rooms and and bathrooms.

Our house was built in 1910 and fully remodeled in 2019.

MOSCONE Center is 9 miles away, about 19 min via Beautiful Bay Bridge. Lyft and Uber are about $10-$20 door-to-door.

It has been tastefully remodeled throughout with preserving, yet enhancing all the original floor plan and elements, bridging past and present.

The design straddles the line between traditional and modern, yet is a tranquil sanctuary with a feeling of an urban oasis.
Imagine being lost in the greenery and the serenity of the palm trees, flowering bougainvillea, lemon trees, koi fish pond and being surrounded by hummingbirds and flowers.

The house' one of a kind Craftsman facades stands out on our tree-lined / park-like street.

It has a welcoming feel with all the natural materials used and clean design lines. The natural California Gold stone staircase leads you to a covered porch with reclaimed redwood pillars and railings, salvaged from the original house built in 1910. The siding is comprised of natural radiata pine and state-of-the-art German RESYSTA accent panels.

The tall Craftsman French wrought-iron gates are awaiting to welcome you in!

It has 5 SEPARATE Master 1 bed Guest Suites with their own SEPARATE entrances, 5 separate bathrooms, 5 kitchens or kitchenettes and living spaces, scattered on 3 levels with heated floors, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves and nespresso makerers and beautiful outdoor spaces.

The Guest Suites are very private from one another and are perfect for business professionals who want to be close to each other but yet separate, enjoying their own privacy.

1) main 1 bedroom Guest Suite -
T H E C R A F T S M A N is:

The entire main floor of the house is a spacious one bedroom with a formal dining room; bay window nook and a large remodeled bathroom with a shower over tub.
Separate, private entrance with a an outdoor seating area.

Brand new hardwood floors throughout with hydronic radiant heating; travertine-like ceramic tile throughout the kitchen and bathroom.

All walls are crafted with custom-made Venetian plaster, complementing the original wainscotting all throughout the dining room.

Elegant Swarovski crystal chandelier suspends from the high ceiling in the living room providing soft ambiance.

65" Samsung 3D Smart TV provides all that you might need in the Entertainment department - motion and voice-activated remote, wireless keyboard and Web browsing. Brand new reclining leather sofa across the room provides a comfortable seating - watching TV or simply relaxing in front of the large electric fireplace.

2) nd one bedroom ( + 1 bonus room ) Master Suite Executive Loft -

Located on top of our Craftsman, it sports open floor plan and clean modern lines with its own kitchen, bathroom and 2 beautiful terraces.

3) rd 1 bedroom Guest Suite -
T H E M I N I M A L I S T is located on:

Ground floor facing the street. Access is through a wooden gate and has a small patio with lemon tree and flowering bougainvillea.
It has a separate entrance, 1 bedroom with a queen bed mattress, bathroom, living room and a kitchen.

4) th 1 bedroom Guest Suite -
T H E G A R D E N E R is located on:

Ground floor all the way in the back of the house. Access is through 2 wooden gates all the way in the back of the house and the reward is a stunning lush gardens with a koi fish pond and a hammock.
It has a separate entrance, 1 bedroom with a queen bed mattress, bathroom, living room and a kitchen.

5) th Studio bedroom ( unlocked for groups of 10 people; $75 / night per person after 8 guests ) -
T H E L I L Y P A D is:

Tucked away in the midst of greenery. Ground floor all the way in the back of the house. Access is through 2 wooden gates all the way in the back of the house and the reward is a stunning lush gardens with a koi fish pond and a hammock.

It has a separate entrance, 1 studio with a murphy bed , own little kitchenette and a bathroom. With its all glass walls it blurs the line between indoor - outdoor living and offers gorgeous view of the koi fish pond and the gardens.


Off-street Parking is plenty and free on our tree-lined park-like street.

We are just across from the new Emeryville Center of Community Life ( ECCL ) with community outdoor pool and aquatics programs.

We've built our dream house here in San Francisco Bay!

We are both vegetarians.

We are on the Emeryville / Oakland border - a local favorite and just across the BAY BRIDGE from San Francisco.

*** Please note: our location is NOT a touristy spot, although we have lovely local bars, cafes and restaurants with a great food within walking distance.

This is a fantastic location to get away from the hustle and bustle of San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, yet close enough to reach all three within 5-30 min by car.

It's ideal for business travelers since we are super close to all the booming businesses Emeryville and North Oakland have to offer.

Emeryville is rather a local favorite creative place, tech heaven and an artist underground - home to award-winning animation studio Pixar, small local businesses and big bio-tech companies ( Novartis, TubeMogul, Greenberg, Gracenote, LeapFrog, JambaJuice, Tanium, Kodak Gallery, Tethys bio-science, ART, Pete's coffee, Clift bar), authentic food scene ( Public Market, Ike's famous joint, Town house, Summer Summer Thai) and small boutiques ( Bay street shopping plaza)

No loud noise, No parties, No smoking, No Pets.

You may experience no cell phone coverage inside some of the apartments depending on your cellphone network.

You can turn wi-fi calling on your mobile device, in order to make phone calls.
