We partner with a professional housekeeping company to ensure the cabin is thoroughly cleaned and staged for each guest. All housekeeping fees go directly to the cleaning team, who work diligently to provide a fresh and welcoming space.

Their services include:
✔ Laundering all linens, towels, and rugs
✔ Cleaning & sanitizing high-touch surfaces, sinks, showers, and appliances
✔ Draining, cleaning, and sanitizing the hot tub
✔ Putting away clean dishes & prepping the property for your stay

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!

I do live in the area and drive by or near all of the cabins daily. I give my guests space but am available when needed.

The Eagle Mountain neighborhood is located on a mountain, and while the cabin is accessible by all vehicles, there are some steep terrains that lead to amazing views. Great area for walking or biking. Neighborhood is within walking distance to Mountain Fork Shopping Center.

There are some steep terrains that lead to amazing views. The rural area leaves most neighborhoods with rural roads that are rougher than city roads. Each cabin sits on at least 1 acre. All lots are open with no fencing.

Ouachita National Forest: We are located at the edge of Ouachita National Forest. There are many variants of wildlife throughout the forest and surrounding areas. This includes many variants of bugs, snakes, and prediators as well. Please keep all doors and windows closed when not in use.

Bug Spray is highly recommended during warmer months. If hiking, long socks & proper boots are recommended. Beware of poison ivy & oak in the woods.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseeable events that will result in you being unable to go on your vacation. Purchasing travel insurance is the responsibility of the person making the reservation.
