Tessy’s Place offers its guests the comforts in a cozy, relaxing, and peaceful home setting. Tessy’s is very inviting to guests because it provides a home-away-from-home lodging experience. Guests are staying in a fully furnished studio apartment with a full, unshared kitchen and bath. This studio apartment with its private access (keypad front door)is part of our private house.

The guest’s last four digits of his/her phone number will be the access code for the front door keypad. A flashing green light on the keypad indicates that door is is unlocked for a minute and both door handles should be turned clockwise simultaneously to open the door. Pl

House Rules

Violation of the no smoking and or vaping restriction results in a $450.00 fee. No smoking,
pets, and parties or events.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund 5 days prior to arrival. There is a non-refund option — a guest pays 10% less per night; however, the host keeps the full payment minus the cleaning fee and the deposit for property damages.

Notes

My no smoking/vaping housing rule applies to both in the room and on the premises of my property. Also, use of any narcotics is strongly prohibited in the room and on the premises. A $450.00 fee will be charged to any guest who violates my no smoking / vaping or use of narcotics rule.
