*Airbnb pre-granted PET EXEMPTION: ALL animals prohibited on Premesis grounds irregardless of title or function. However, there are multiple professional boarding facilities around town (as needed) if you have a beloved pet and want to still come visit.

* Front yard is a good place to relax on out front porch swing and sun table with two chairs. Native flowers cover the front yard. We pride ourselves with out garden that is a haven for pollinators.

Property hold a fully fenced back yard equipped with BBQ grill, lounge chairs and fire pit. a great place to hang out with family and friends. The grassed area is fenced off with gate for you convenience.

The house itself was built in 1900 as a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The master bedroom hold the old servants quarters that know hold a full size futon. The master has a closet and two dressers for guess. The front bedroom has a queen and full size bed with a dresser and large closet. The small bedroom has a day bed and full size bed. Each room has a smart tv with DVD player. DVD's are available in the landing along with a full size futon.

Downstairs has a formal living room with a couch bed (queen), and large 5 ft. beanbag, and a very comfortable chair. The couch is covered with a protector to help keep it clean. The formal dining room is fitted with a large wooden table with wood chairs. Additional seating can be provided if requested. Dining room also holds a China cabinet (non-assessable) with turn of the century Chinaware. Leafed plants are in the dining room to give a relaxed aura. Kitchen is fitted with double ovens, a glass top stove, double sink with waste disposal. Island has three chairs. There is plenty of space with all the amenities for our guess. The Refrigerator is only a year old and contains an ice machine and filtered water. A half bathroom is off of the kitchen. Library is converted into a mini museum with turn of the century items. Books, exercise equipment (use at own discretion. Owner of house is not responsible for any injury acquired from using equipment), and toys for the young are available there. A full size futon is stationed in the library for a comfortable reading area.

Laundry room is available for your convenience. Instructions are available on the wall. Laundry room holds a large counter top for folding your clothes. Wood flooring is the original flooring of the whole house.

The back yard is filled with a covered area with couches and chairs. It is equipped with a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer. A BBQ grill is also available as well as a fire pit.

Main access for guess will be the side entrance off the side from the driveway light.

The main living areas can be used to include the back yard. There are two closets on the 1st floor which are locked for house keeping. The library is partially partitioned off to keep antiquities safe. On the second floor, one closet in the front master room is locked. In the landing on the second floor, the closet is also locked for house keeping. The garage is off limits. Please do not damage or harm these areas.
