This is one of three units on the property. Perfect for surfers, families, or longer stays. It features a full kitchen, comfy living space, and fresh linens. We offer weekly and monthly discounts. Surf tours with David start at $150/day or $100 pp, and in winter you can book a 4x4 island adventure for $250. Spacious enough to relax, close enough to the action when you want it.

Guests enjoy dedicated parking, newly remodeled interiors, comfy linens, pillows, and access to washer and dryer. After surfing, you can store your boards in our secure racks. Outdoor spaces are available for relaxing in the shade. Everything is set up so you can settle in quickly and feel at home, whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a month-long stay.

Sometimes I’ll be around to greet you, other times you may arrive to an empty house. No worries—self check-in with the lockbox is easy and reliable. I’m available if you need recommendations or help, but I also respect your privacy so you can enjoy the island at your own pace.

Ramey Base is extremely desirable. It offers very quiet and extremely safe streets. There is very little to no loud music. The neighborhood is home to many service men and women of the armed forces and para military services. The base area is home to the National Guard, Air Force, Border Patrol, Homeland Security and A Naval Command center. There is a huge non-residential college campus, public pools and several different types of exercise tracks. We have a world class French bakery just around the corner as well as a dozen or so restaurants, a bowling alley and a Casino.

The neighborhood is easy to access from both SR 107 and the 110. We have ample parking in front of the building

Within minutes you’ll find stunning beaches like Surfers, Wilderness, Jobos, Middles, Ruins, and Rincon just 35 min away. Whether you’re a pro or just starting out, waves here suit every level. The property also has a 600-gallon water tank with pressure pump, so no interruptions in service. Longer stays are welcome, making it a great choice for remote work or an extended surf trip.
