Nestled within the La Resina Golf & Country Club in Estepona, this hillside apartment is located in a peaceful neighbourhood with many tourist attractions just around the corner. For golf enthusiasts, the La Resina Golf Course is right at your doorstep. Within a short 10-minute drive, visitors can explore peaceful sunsets at Playa de Guadalmansa and Saladillo Beach. The animal park Selwo Aventura and the water park Cableski & WakeBoard Center are also a 7-minute and 16-minute drive away from there, respectively.

Once a fishing village, Estepona is a well-developed tourist destination that has preserved its Andalusian roots. The Old Town, with its quaint streets and vibrant restaurants, is a 25-minute drive from the apartment but for groceries, the supermarket is just a 15-minute walk away. Ideal for day trip plans, visitors can ride by car to Marbella in just 24 minutes whereas Malaga is an hour’s drive from the complex. The nearest international airport, Málaga-Costa del Sol, is approximately 50 minutes drive by car. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 31st of October 2024 A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally.
