RIVER BEND NEIGHBORHOOD

Begin to unwind as you drive the easy gravel road through the valley and over a quaint covered bridge. You may spot deer or wild turkeys along the way! Our quiet neighborhood includes full-time and vacation homes—please drive slowly (15 mph). 4x4 not required.

The entire property is available for guest use other than owner’s closet.

I’m available via the Airbnb app and strive for a quick response.

RIVER BEND NEIGHBORHOOD
As you turn onto the gently winding gravel drive that leads through the peaceful valley and across a charming covered bridge, your getaway begins. Welcome to River Bend—a community of full-time residents, vacation homes, and abundant local wildlife. We kindly ask all guests to observe the 15 mph speed limit on the narrow mountain roads. While a 4x4 vehicle isn't necessary, please drive with care.

Enjoy dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Once you book, feel free to reach out if you're interested in an early check-in or late check-out — we'd love to accommodate you if we can! There’s a $50 fee for each, and we’ll just need to double-check with our cleaning team to make sure it works with the schedule. Let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Paws up, pup lovers! 🐾 We absolutely adore dogs! Ellijay and Blue Ridge are tail-waggin’ friendly towns where your furry besties will feel right at home. 🐶💕 There’s just a $100 pet fee for up to 2 woof-tastic companions. Let the adventures begin! 🦴🌲🐾
