This charming condo features a fascinating 5th floor ocean view as well as a city view. Upon entering the condo you will be greeted with unobstructed views of the vast Atlantic Ocean. Prepare light meals in the kitchenette to enjoy at the table with seating for 2 or relax with your favorite entertainment option on a 50" Smart TV. Ideal for romantic getaways or the solo traveler. Enjoy direct beach access or relax at the pool overlooking the beach. Chairs and towels are provided.

This beautiful kitchenette in Daytona Beach Shores has 1 queen bed, 1 full sleeper sofa and will accommodate 3 guests. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge/freezer, portable electric cooktop, dishes, utensils and small cooking appliances as well as a coffee maker and toaster. There are 2 usb ports and plug outlet on each nightstand.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, shampoo and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and FREE wifi. You will have 2 FREE parking spaces.

This condo is located approximately 2 miles from Main Street and the Pier and approximately 5 miles from Daytona International Speedway. There is a diner on-site on the ground floor of the building where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch.

You will have direct beach access. There's also a coin-operated laundry room and gym located onsite. You will have 2 parking spaces. No trailers, oversized vehicles, boats or motor homes are permitted in the parking lot at any time.

Please note that entrances are locked after business hours so please have your security key with you at all times to prevent being locked out. Replacement charge for lost key is $20.
