All pets must be included in your reservation. Guests who arrive with an undeclared pet will be asked to pay the $53 per‑pet fee at that time. Refusal to pay the required pet fee will result in an additional $225 cleaning fee.

To finalize your reservation, all guests are required to electronically sign our short‑term rental agreement after booking. The agreement outlines standard policies including payment terms, cancellation rules, occupancy limits, pet rules, damages, check‑in/check‑out procedures, and community quiet hours.
The name on the reservation, the credit card used for payment, and the signature on the agreement must all match. Your reservation is not confirmed until the signed agreement is returned. A copy of the full agreement will be sent immediately after booking for your review and signature.
