Pool Heating Option:
Heat the pool to a cozy 85°F for just $75/day, covering expenses only—we make no profit! Please note: the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay. Request pool heating at least 2-3 days before check-in. Payment is required before check-in, as we cannot start heating until payment is received.

Pool & Outdoor Space Rules:
• Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM, or move gatherings inside.
• Pool heating is available for $75/day. A separate bill will be sent for this service.
• No food or glass near the pool.
• No diving
• Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool.
• Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The pool does not have a safety fence.
• The patio is slippery when wet; please avoid running.
• A $500/day charge applies if pool equipment is tampered with without permission.
