Located in the Historical Center (Calle Cerrajeria), the vibrant heart of Seville, in a commercial pedestrian zone, I offer you an exceptional stay in an apartment newly reformed.

The apartment "Mi Rincon en Sevilla", of 55m2 (540 sq ft.) is on the 2nd floor with elevator.

I speak English.

I live in the flat on the upper 3rd floor: I am here if needed!

The apartment has a capacity of two people, so it is perfect for couples.
It is equipped with all that that you could need during your stay: Wifi, TV with NETFLIX and other services, hi-fi, printer, Bedroom hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, Electric Induction Hob, fridge, Nespresso ( 2 coffee pods per stay), Toaster, Kettle.

The inner apartment overlooks a small courtyard.

The stairs in the living-room, which provide a pleasant light shaft, go to our apartment and are closed by a locked door.

The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.
In the bedroom you will find a comfortable bed of 1,60x2m (62-inch x 79 inches) with Aloe Vera Memory Foam Pillows, bedclothes and clean towels. All will be prepared so that you only have to come and disconnect.

My goal is your comfort. The apartment is owner-operated (no agency), I will personally provide you the key and will explain the basic functioning of the apartment to you. You will then be able to spend a relaxing stay.

It would delight me that you get the best image of Seville and enjoy it to the maximum,
that is why I will be happy to help with any doubt you may have.

If you are in Seville for a honeymoon or any other important event we can offer you:

These special requests are to be requested before your arrival and an additional invoice will be sent to you via the Airbnb interface.

To go downtown you will not need public transport ... because you are already in the center!

There are plenty of bars and restaurants, you will find that Seville is a city for eating out. You can enjoy excellent breakfasts, tapas, and sophisticated restaurants within a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.

At walking distance you will find all the places you must visit during your stay in Seville: the Giralda (550 meters), Plaza Nueva (450 meters), Alcazar (700 meters), Plaza de Toros (900 meters), Archivo de Indias (750 meters), Alameda de Hercules (700 meters)

At a distance of 100 meters (0.06 miles), you will find buses that connect with any point of Seville and also with the Santa Justa Train station (Bus 32).

At a distance of 200 meters (0.12 miles) you will find a Public paid parking available: Parking Magdalena (Calle San Pablo 1)

From the airport there are two options:

The fastest and easiest, though more expensive, is to take a taxi directly to the "La Campana" (Calle Campana). The apartment is 3 minutes walk.

The second option is to take the EA bus from the airport to the Santa Justa train station, then take the number 32 bus line and get off at the Plaza Del Duque stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

You are also at just 12 minutes from Plaza de Armas bus station, which connects with many cities and Portugal.

► ---- Please do not use the white bath towels to remove makeup, self-tanning, dyeing hair, polishing shoes, mopping up spills... These products leave permanent stains.
The host will charge 15 euro per towel stained with these products and not recoverable after washing----

► ----Do not put in the WC, plastic bags, wipes, sanitary napkins, paper, .... trash is at your disposal for that. If you do not follow these instructions the toilets can be clogged. ----

- - Le depart aura lieu avant 12:00 (midi): la veille de votre check-out, merci de m’envoyer un message m’indiquant à quelle heure vous souhaitez le faire. Je viendrais à cette heure pour récupérer les clefs. - ((sur demande et suivant disponibilité possibilité de garde de bagage éventuelle))--

--Le jour du check in on fourni 1 jeu de clés (un 2éme jeu de clés seulement sur demande).-

- -Merci de respecter les normes de vie d'usage : ne pas faire de bruit après 21h00 et à n'importe quelle heure de la journée dans les parties communes.
Le respect de vos voisins est essentiel.--

-- ️ Appartement NON-FUMEUR ((y compris les drogues illégales)) . Le non respect entraînera une demande du dépôt de garantie et la résiliation du séjour ----

--Je ne facture pas de frais de nettoyage pour l'appartement, merci d' en prendre soin et le rendre en bon état de propreté : vaisselle faite- essuyé et rangé, détritus dans la poubelle, plaques électriques /appareils ménagers (machine à café, micro ondes , grille-pain) nettoyées.--

-- Ne pas utiliser utiliser les serviettes et les draps de bain blanc pour se démaquiller, le maquillage provoque des taches indélébiles.--Toute serviette irrécupérable après lavage a cause des produits de maquillage sera facturé 15 euro.--

--Ne pas jeter dans les toilettes des cotons démaquillants, des sacs plastiques, lingettes, des serviettes/tampons hygiéniques, sopalin, une poubelle est à votre disposition. Si vous ne respectez pas ces consignes les toilettes se bouchent.--

--Merci d’éteindre la climatisation avant de sortir de l'appartement.--

-- En cas de perte des clefs, un montant de 80 euros par clés perdue vous sera facturé.--


--Cet appartement répond aux exigences du décret 28/2016 du 2 février et aux autres règlements applicables à l'exercice de l'activité d'appartement touristique en termes de dimensions, mobilier, équipement et services.--
