You will be seduced by the old world charm of a spacious accommodation completely renovated with quality materials and equipment, decorated in a "rural chic" spirit.

This house is a very pleasant place to stay and will give you absolute peace and quiet, bordered by meadows and apple orchards, in the vicinity of a small castle.
Located in the heart of nature at 450 m altitude, at the foot of the Epine range, 5 minutes from Chambéry.

The space
Good compromise between house and apartment, you rent an entire accommodation, spacious, with beautiful volumes, 130 m2, with 3 bedrooms, on 2 levels, benefiting from the 4* furnished tourist classification and can accommodate 6 people:

- On the first level: entrance to the large living room and kitchen (fully equipped) with TV, separate toilet, master bedroom (double bed 160 cm) with its own shower room.
- Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 140 cm double bed and 1 with 2 90 cm single beds), 1 bathroom (shower), separate toilet and 1 laundry room.

The accommodation is heated with a high-power pellet stove (14 kW) whose operation will give charm to your winter evenings.
The living room is equipped with portable air conditioning to bring you comfort during periods of high heat. The bedrooms are not air-conditioned but each is equipped with a fan with a cooling tray.
The accommodation is equipped with WiFi (fiber, with direct connection by QR code).

Equipment: connected TV, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, fondue and raclette equipment, washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer.
Outside, you have a 45 m2 private terrace with sitting area, table, chairs, umbrella, BBQ.
Grocery store as well as coffee and tea/herbal tea capsules, dishwasher tablets provided.
Linens (sheets and towels) are provided.

Possibility to recharge your electric vehicle (extra charge).

Guest access
The house is located in the countryside at 450 m altitude, at the foot of the Epine mountain, in the village of Saint-Sulpice, 5 minutes from Chambéry and all its amenities. Walks and hikes of any level are accessible as soon as you leave the accommodation (forest, meadows, equestrian center, etc.).

You will be ideally located to enjoy Savoy and its exceptional tourist sites, in all seasons. You can visit the Chartreuse and Bauges mountain ranges, 2 preserved natural parks appreciated by hikers and mountain sports enthusiasts (skiing, cycling, paragliding, climbing). Lake Bourget, the largest natural lake in France, is 15 minutes away. You can swim, practice water sports, fish or enjoy its walking sites (including the magnificent Hautecombe Abbey). Lake Aiguebelette, with its amazing emerald color, is 25 minutes away. In winter, the first ski resorts of Tarentaise or Maurienne are accessible in 1 hour 15 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, many walks are available to you: hikes to the Col du Crucifix with the Sardinian and Roman roads, walks through the woods with views of Lake Bourget, climb the Col de l'Epine by bike…

Professionals, you can rest or play sports after your day of work. Savoiexpo is only 10 minutes away and the Savoie Technolac business center is 15 minutes away.

By car, you can easily access:

The accommodation is located less than 10 minutes from the highway access (A43/A41).

Other things to note
/!\ Important notes:

- The house has independent access but is adjoining the house where the owners reside.
- The accommodation is accessible via a staircase. As a result, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
- Our private garden and pool are not accessible to our guests.
- Baby friendly: accommodation equipped with a baby bed. Children's dishes provided. High chair, bathtub, toys available upon request.
- The accommodation is non-smoking. An ashtray is available on the terrace.
- Safety: our interior staircase is equipped with a ramp (set up since the shooting). A barrier is also installed upstairs for the safety of your young children.
- For your meals indoors for 6, the dining area for 4 people is extended with an extension (+ 2 stools).
- If you plan to come with more than 2 vehicles, please let us know in advance.
- Minimum 3-night stay in season, 2 nights off-season.
