The hot tub is open all year and the heated saltwater pool is open mid-May to mid-October.
We provide tea and coffee making facilities, including coffee maker, grinder and electric kettle. We also now have a Keurig!
The king size bed in the primary bedroom has quality linens and is very comfortable!

Our beautiful beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the condo.
Being an end unit, this condo is exceptionally bright and spacious.
The dining table comfortably seats 6. We have plenty of place settings and glassware.

The hall bath has a regular bathtub and shower over.
A washer and dryer are available in the condo.
Keyless entry provides easy access. We also own the neighboring 1 bedroom unit if you are travelling with others.
Our guest closet has sports and beach equipment you are welcome to use!
There is an elevator in the middle of the building if you should need it.
The saltwater pool measures 46 x 18 feet and is heated to 84 degrees. The hot tub is heated to 101 degrees.

Outdoor gas fireplace for cosy chats.
There are 2 commercial grade propane grills on the patio.
We have an outdoor shower and wash off area near building 7.
The putting green. We have golf balls and clubs in the guest closet or you can borrow them from the clubhouse.
This is the clubhouse where you can borrow books, dvds, games and sports equipment or get help with the amenities. The clubhouse can also be rented for events such as small weddings or family reunions.

The fitness center can be accessed 24 hours a day with the fob hanging next to the condo door.
We have a full-size basketball court.
The property has direct access to the beach path.
There are lots of great walks from the condo including to the lighthouse, the marina and trails through the neighboring State Park.
You can see the top of the lighthouse from the condo.
The Grayland Kite Festival.
The oceanfront path leads to the Westport marina and downtown area. It is perfect for walking or biking.
The condo and beach are dog friendly. Your best friend will love it here too :)

Spacious 2 BR @Beach ~ King Bed~ Hot tub ~ EV Charger!

Our spacious two bedroom 2nd floor condo is located in the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach at the end of Ocean Ave. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a few minutes walk from the sand! No ocean view but located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as big jetted tub, granite counters and an elevator. The pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year.

✓Second bedroom has a queen bed.

✓Two rollaway beds are great for the kids.

✓Living room has a comfortable sectional plus a loveseat.

We also own the neighboring 1 bedroom condo which can sleep up to 4. Great if you are traveling with extended family or friends!
