The space
This beautifully crafted custom home features an inviting open-concept floor plan, complete with a dine-in kitchen. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, featuring a spacious shower and a standalone bathtub with a lovely window view. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed and shares a full bathroom with a third room equipped with two twin-over-full bunk beds, making it perfect for families.

Kid-friendly amenities include a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and toys, ensuring your family feels right at home. The cozy keeping room adjacent to the kitchen features a queen-size pull-out sofa, a large-screen TV, and a desk for virtual work. Guests will have full access to the house and property with the exception of garage (Owner Storage) and two closets (Owner Turnover Supplies)

Other things to note
- Community pool is open seasonally (Generally May thru September)

- There is a key for the boat ramp in the house. There is a day-dock to use for daytime and if keeping boat in the water overnight there is an assigned, covered slip. There is daytime trailer parking by the pool and overnight trailer parking near the house.

- Swimming/floating in the lake is available from the community day dock.
