About this place

Our 4 bedroom, 2 living room, 2 bath home feature all the comforts of home and more, All in a wooded setting with Lake Superior, downtown, and the harbor views. Get away from it all with a good book, friends, skiing, or sight seeing around Duluth. Our home offers free wifi internet access, Air Conditioning, and all of the comforts of home. The house is fully furnished, along with towels and linens included. Just bring your suitcase and your spirit of adventure. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of needs, there is also a grill out back. We have off-street parking and are able to sleep up to 9. Our home is Licensed with the city of Duluth and State of Minnesota (Lic# PL19-080).

Guests are given access to the full house and off-street parking in the front and back of the home.
If guests prefer to avoid the steps in the front of the home, please use the rear parking and walking path to the back door of the house.

Our interaction with our guests is only when you need us, we are here to help in anyway we can, but also understand this is your time to enjoy and not to be bothered by us.

We have some of the best neighbors in all of Duluth (we may be a bit biased) and all we ask is for our guests to be respectful to the neighbors, just the same as you would want them to treat you at your home. Please be considerate of your volume, when outside.

We are located on the hillside, centered in Duluth, so getting around is pretty easy, bike, bus, drive or walk, you'll have fun!

Our 2026-2027 rates are $299 per night plus a one-time cleaning fee of $75.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. They are located on the front porch (facing the driveway and showing front porch and stairs), and back deck (facing our back yard and deck), along with a security camera located in a locked private (guests do not have access to) storage area in the basement. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home.
