Guests have private access to the front driveway and carport, the front yard and the front house. The living room wall divides the home into 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom in the front and a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in the rear, which guests do not have access to use. The owners parents live there temporarily.

Guests in the front house will have privacy during their stay. The tenants in the rear have a private walk-on entrance to the rear unit, which is fenced for extra privacy.
