The Blue and Yellow rooms, each adorned with a queen bed, are havens of tranquility. For those traveling with kids or friends, the Ocean Room offers a cozy double and single bed setup.

Eyes Everywhere: For everyone's safety, we've got 4 outdoor cameras keeping a watchful eye. They're capturing the front, pool, porch, and the putting green. So, smile, you're on candid camera!

No Party Policy: This is not a party house. If that's what you're seeking, this isn't the place for you.

Booking Requirements: Before confirming your reservation, please review all house rules. If

you have questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Pool Heating: We offer year-round pool heating to a cozy 80-82 degrees. This comes at a $50 daily charge.

ID & Guest Details: Post-booking, please send a copy of your photo ID and the names of all guests aged 25 and above. Ensure our house rules align with your plans.

Lease Agreement: To finalize your reservation, you'll need to sign a lease agreement. This echoes the house rules already listed. The agreement is signed via DocuSign, with details sent to your provided email. No exceptions.

Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors! Scottsdale enforces quiet hours from 9pm-8am. We don't provide sound systems or speakers. Violating noise levels can lead to a $500 immediate fine, plus potential City fines up to $10,000 per violation. Serious breaches may result in eviction without refund.

Pets & Smoking: We don't allow pets or smoking anywhere on the property. Evidence of vaping or smoking incurs a $500 fee. If you have an emotional support animal, we will surely accommodate them with a $250 charge for additional cleaning.

Property Care: Leave the home as you find it, barring normal wear and tear. Do not remove pool cleaners; damages from doing so will be charged.

Lost Items: We aren't responsible for personal items left behind. If we find something, there's a $25 fee plus shipping for returns.

Liability: The owner isn't liable for any injuries or damage to guests or their belongings during the stay.

Pool Safety: The pool is unfenced. Parents must supervise children under 14. There's no lifeguard, and neither the owner nor agents bear liability for pool-related incidents.
