Scallop Shell is the smaller cottage on a compound that has three. Many have called them Tiny Houses. Occasionally, depending on the season we rent them separately. When the dates are available here in her calendar that means we are renting the buildings separately. Otherwise, you can rent all three by viewing the listing for "The Cottages"
It is a private cottage with a kitchenette and small courtyard area directly outside the cottage. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and hot plate. Dishes, flatware and glasses.

Town Noise Ordinance is 10pm No parking on street No parking on grass Max Occupancy of Scallop Shell is 2 people Pete or Lisa Mastors can be reached at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Parking is on the paved driveway in front of the fence, Scallop Shell is behind the fence Middletown Police Department: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Garbage should be disposed of in the Waste Management barrels in front of the Main Cottage. If you are there on Sunday please leave on the front of 315 Wolcott curb for Monday pick up. No confetti, glitter, silly string, green slime , sparkles or tape for decorations to be used. Additional Cleaning fees would be charged. Pet fee $100 for stay and the pet must be approved by the booking manager Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
