We welcome your fur babies. They must be included on the reservation per the Associations rules. All pets must be leashed when outside and they are not allowed at community amenities such as the beach or pool areas. Waste must be cleaned up prior to checkout. There are convenient poop bags at the bottom of the deck stairs. Any waste left behind will incur a $50 fee for our staff to cleanup.

Getting around

All cars must be parked in the driveway. The driveway can accommodate 6-7 vehicles. There are no sidewalks but you can walk around the neighborhood. You will see people on bikes and golf carts as well.

Arrowhead Lake Community requires all guests to register as temporary members. They also require a valid license and paper car registration for all vehicles. All guests must check in at the rental center first in order to receive temporary passes and gate keys.
