DOGS AND PETS POLICY- Pennsylvania State Laws require that all pets be on their owner’s property or under the control of their owners at all times. HOA Code of Conduct states the following:
All pets must be properly licensed according to State, County or Municipal laws.
All dogs must be on a leash under 8 feet in length and under the control of their handler at all times when not on the owner’s property. The leash requirement is in effect year round!
It is the responsibility of the handler to pick up and properly dispose of all dog feces (on and off property)!
Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Lakes or streams.
PETS (Fees)
There is a $25/night, PER PET (2 Pet Max). Please no dogs that bark constantly as it would violate the noise policy. Pets must be attended at all times inside and outside. Guest must clean up dog hair and food from house, and poop from yard and neighborhood. Any damage from pets will be deducted from security deposit or billed. Guest is fully responsible/liable for pet’s behavior on the property. Owner is not liable for any injuries or damage caused by pets. Excess dirt, pet hair, wet dog smell/stains or otherwise will result in additional $150 heavy cleaning charge. In the lease, unregistered pets are subject to immediate eviction for your group, so please register your pet if you plan to bring one.

The Chalet is a SPACIOUS 3200 sq. ft. 6 bedroom, 3 bath home with outdoor HOT TUB, 2 indoor jacuzzies jetted tubs, 2 fireplaces, 1 extra-large stocked kitchen, hardwood & tile floors, cathedral & vaulted ceilings, central AC, pool table, air hockey table, foosball, TVs, washer & dryer. The dining area will accommodate 12 inc. additional seating at the nearby bar area. The decks overlook the wooded property on 1/2 acre of land. It is a perfect home for large family gatherings, reunions, and birthdays and is kid friendly with a crib, pack-n-play & high chair. 14 People (+ 2 infants) Maximum. * Infants age 2 or younger do not count toward the limit.

From the moment we saw the open floor plan, rec room, 2 jacuzzis, 2 stone fireplaces, 2 lakes, and 3 pools we knew our family would fit in. Especially once we added the HOT TUB! There is so much to do every season from skiing, golfing, and waterparks, to sailing, concerts, and biking or tennis. We will give you access to our Mt. Maplewood site which has year-round activities listed and updated seasonally. Because we have purchased a yearly membership at ALCA, we get to extend that benefit to you, our guests for a fraction of what most resorts charge! You'll also have the ability to purchase amenity badges for Arrowhead Lake's 3 pools & 2 lakes with boating, fishing, a heated outdoor pool, a community center, tennis, a fitness center, a large game room, and activities for the entire family.
