THE SPACE:
Single level, two-bedroom cottage, located on a private road. Galley kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, and electric oven. Outdoor patio lounge chairs, patio table that accommodates four and gas grill. Combined living room and dining area with high top table that accommodates four. Off street parking - limited to two vehicles on the property. Full bathtub/shower combination. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Outdoor shower. Includes TV and DVD player, movies, board games, and small library. There is an HDMI cable connection if you want to hook up your laptop or tablet to the TV and stream shows. Each bedroom has a brand new queen mattress, pillows, queen cotton sheet set, coverlet, blanket, closet, and luggage racks. Small office area to work remotely. Beach towels, four beach chairs, small cooler and portable blue tooth radio available. Two bikes are available for use (no helmets). Guests have access to all living quarters of the house, except for the basement and attic. Self check-in with a key accessed from a secure lockbox on the property. Please note that interior doorways are narrow and only 2 feet wide.

Peruse the Cranberry Highway for antiques, art galleries or enjoy a bite to eat at the many seafood restaurants. Golfers can sneak in some tee time at nearby public courses. Treat yourself for ice cream, or cocktails at local bars. Within a 30 minute drive you can easily take a day trip to Hyannis for a whale watching boat trip or head north to historic Plymouth rock. For the kid at heart, a bowling alley, arcade, mini golf, and water park are all within a 5-15 minute drive away.
ENHANCED CLEANING REGIMEN:
Cleanliness is more important than ever. To help reduce the spread of viruses such as COVID-19, we are taking extra steps to clean and disinfect the space based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
1. To minimize person-to-person contact during your stay, we are offering self check in/out.
2. There is at least a 24 hour window in between guests to properly ventilate airborne particles, and clean and disinfect all areas, with special attention to commonly touched surfaces.
3. We use cleaning supplies that are approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines for hard and porous surfaces.
4. Laundered items use the warmest water setting and dried on high heat.
5. For your comfort in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, our cottage is stocked with essential items including hand soap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and access to cleaning supplies.
