We have worked with our cleaning crew to reinforce our cleaning acumen and conduct deep cleans in between guests with the new reality of Covid in mind. Cleaning has always been an integral part of our home which is heavily evident in our reviews and a further emphasis for us in order to keep all our guests safe! The Space:

All new Beach House! Our home is very spacious with one first floor bedroom, full bath with step in luxurious rain shower, kitchen, dining room and living room on the main first floor. Making it very accessible for guests looking for few stairs. There are 7 stairs into the main first floor, through the front door. The side door has 4 stairs and the green house in the back of the house accesses the house with 1 step each. Check out our reviews on verbo too! Now booking Holidays 2023 and Summer 2024 ! Central AC included in Memorial Day to Labor Day rates. Inquire with Colleen on group size/ pricing/ availability outside of this time frame. We can accommodate up to 2 approved dogs per stay with pet fee paid per dog, $250/dog after booking. Due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws no cats or other animals can be accepted.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to our property! Beach toys, beach chairs and Private beach access provided with your stay to registered guests! Parking in the cement driveway for 4 cars and so much to do in Plymouth, the Cape or just enjoy your sand chair on the beach. Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, charcoal grille and three relaxing outdoor seating areas during your stay( seasonal)! Rental agreement and color copy of your driver’s license required.

The Neighborhood:

We are located in a low traffic, family friendly neighborhood, steps to a sandy private beach which registered guests of our home have access to! We love the beauty of our neighborhood and being steps to a gorgeous private beach that isn't crowded. Fantastic for young kids and teenagers alike. Our neighbors are friendly and love our area!

Getting Around:

Our home and neighborhood is easily accessible by car anytime of year. This is a mixed year round and summer resident neighborhood. We have great areas to walk, hike and bike too. The commuter rail is approximately 8miles from the house. Downtown Plymouth is a 6 minute drive or Ride share! Many places deliver regularly year round as well!

Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, charcoal grille and three relaxing outdoor seating areas during your stay( seasonal)! Parking for 4 cars in the driveway, no street or green space parking. Our home is not rented as a venue. No Cats due to severe allergies. Due to zoning bylaws other animals cannot be accommodated. Emotional support dogs are subject to pet fee. No charging or vehicle washing can be accommodated. All vehicles must be registered. No Trailers, RV's/Motor homes or boats can be accommodated. Approval of Rental agreement at time of booking and Driver's License required. Reservation accepted/ rates set based on group size at time of booking. Additional guests staying/ visiting must be pre-approved, additional cost paid and names outlined on rental agreement. External only security cameras on the front and sides of the house for security and insurance purposes.
