This custom dining table seats 12. The base is hand crafted from locally harvested oak, and the top is a single slab of sand stone weighing over 1200lbs! The oak beam light fixture was hand crafted from some of the same wood, and stained to match.

The East Master has a little more of a southwestern flare with toned down colors for a calming cozy feel. This king size bed will welcome you with amazing comfort. Plus there's no upstairs over this suite, for a quieter experience. - Restoration Point - Broken Bow

This is a perfect desk for working remotely, but you may not get a lot of work done as you lose yourself in these sweeping views! It's not a bad place to set up to do a little writing, reading or hanging out! - Restoration Point - Broken Bow

The patio sitting area is a guest favorite for sitting and relaxing. These poly-wood gliders are surprisingly comfortable and glide smoothly. The center cup holders lift up to allow seating for 3 people each. - Restoration Point - Broken Bow

This luxury destination cabin sleeps 26 with 3 King suites, and 2 Bunk Room suites, but the main reason to fall in love is the VIEWS! Situated on a mountain top, you'll find plenty of room to spread out, play games, enjoy the fire pit and stand binocular...or simply relax.

Stake your claim and treat yourself to luxury in one of our three King Master suites! Each one offers privacy and comfort with a huge shower and irresistible soaking tub. The best part is all three masters are located downstairs, with NO upstairs rooms overhead! We’ll let you ponder how we pulled that off…

You can divide up the kids, or even sleep more adults in our TWO huge bunk rooms suites! Each one offers 4 additional Queen bunk beds and its own private full bathroom. Plus each one offers something unique. The south bunk room offers stunning views unlike any other in the Broken Bow area, with a gorgeous sitting area and desk, where you can catch up on some work, reading…but we bet you just get lost in the scenery. The north bunk room has THREE TVs mounted to the wall for the gamers in your group! Once they enter this bunk, you may not see them again for a while!

The living areas offer ample and comfortable seating, where you can split off and have separate conversations or activities, and of course every seat has a stunning view! The Living room sectional also offers a queen air sleeper for additional sleeping.
The downstairs game room is fully equipped with a full size Brunswick pool table, an arcade console, plenty of board games and a mini bar with sink and fridge. It even has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. You’ll find the additional full bathroom in the hall quite convenient as a powder room, or for use by the guests who sleep in the game room or living room.

This unbelievable getaway is only minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and all of the attractions of Hochatown, but offers a unique experience where you’ll find yourself hesitant to even leave the property! Our two tiered mountain-top terrace gives you the feeling of being at your own national park, with a vintage style pedestal binocular for observing distant landmarks and the gorgeous surroundings of the Ouachita National Forest. You’ll have plenty of room to play outdoor games, take photos until you’re heart’s content, soak in a hot tub with a view, or relax by the fire pit. From roasting s’mores by the fire, to stargazing, to simply relaxing in such a special place, you’re sure to make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Restoration Point is located in the highly sought after Woodland Hills community, and most importantly in the Woodland Bluffs Phase 1. This lot is the most premier lot in the entire development. It's well worth the 4 mile drive from highway 259 to get here, for the quiet seclusion of this gem of a mountain top. *NOTE* At times Cress Road can be a bit ROUGH! You don't need a 4x4 or high clearance vehicle to get here, but we suggest taking it slow. It's actually a beautiful drive and we hope the road gets paved soon!

We can host weddings up to 50 attendees and we've been blown away at how brides have creatively used our space to create some of the most stunning wedding backdrops we've ever seen.
