Quiet, well kept community, easy access to everything in the Treasure Valley including Top Golf, Wahooz Family Fun Zone, Roaring Springs Water Park, Meridian Speedway, Hiking, Scenic Attractions, lots of great Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment. Easy access to 84 freeway.

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

1. This is a NON- SMOKING home. If we find any evidence of Vaping, Cigarette or Marijuana smoke residue or ash within the home we will be collecting a minimum of $750 fine from the damage deposit.
2. Please ensure music and television is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 9 AM.
3. Please seek approval from us for any extra overnight guests who were not included in your original booking. Due to insurance requirements, only registered guests are allowed in the home.
4. We do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind at this home.
5. Lastly, this is a pet free home, and we appreciate that you keep it that way. We have plenty of guests with allergies and want to make sure we are providing a comfortable safe space for them to stay.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
Check-out is 11:00 AM.
