The Baltic Sea Park Blaue Wiek is located directly on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast between the old Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar, close to the settlement of Wohlenberg near the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. In addition to the great recreational value of the idyllic village itself, the central location on the Baltic Sea coast makes your holiday home so attractive. The houses are arranged in such a way that each has its own plot of land.

With its thatched roof, the Classic House offers North German living flair combined with modern comfort. With approx. 80 m² of usable space including terrace, there is enough room for 4 people to realise their holiday dreams. The high-quality furnishings naturally also include two bathrooms/showers, a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven, flat-screen TV with soundbar and radio. There is a barbecue and garden furniture on the terrace. A handcart for the beach can be hired if required. The house is fenced and can be inhabited with pets (fee)... The washing machine has a coin-operated machine.

This house has a table with 4-6 seats, which is protected from the sun by a sunshade. There are also two sunbeds on the fenced property. The covered outdoor pool (use from April to early November), which is located in the immediate vicinity, can be used by all guests, the same applies to the sauna. An adventure playground (fenced in) and a large ball playground offer children from 2 to 80 plenty of opportunities to let off steam.

Linen, Parking and Outdoor Area

Bed linen and towels must be booked in advance. If you have not expressly booked this service, please bring your own bed linen and towels. Bedding, including pillows, duvets and children's cots, is provided.

Please park only in the parking spaces designated for your house. Our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Please ensure that outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas are secured or folded away when you are not at the property.

A charcoal barbecue grill is available on the terrace. Please clean it after use and leave it in good condition for the next guests.

Fresh bread rolls are available from the Liebeslaube Campsite or the local bakery. Additional shopping facilities, including a Kaufland supermarket, can be found in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away.

In-House Amenities

The Wi-Fi password can be found on the door frame.

Each washer-dryer is easy to use and is equipped with a coin-operated timer, activated by inserting euro coins.

Pool and Sauna

The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge.

The outdoor sauna by the pond is set in a beautiful location, operates with a coin meter and can be reserved exclusively through us.

Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds.

House Rules and Departure

We separate waste and recycling. The waste bins are located at the entrance to the property.

The dishwasher must be emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand.

If you are travelling with a dog (only permitted in designated fenced properties), please ensure that all pet hair and waste are removed before departure.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also require that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance.

A copy of the house rules is displayed on the entrance door. There you will also find the spare key and additional important information for your stay.
