Downstairs offers a well-stocked kitchen with gas stove, cozy living room, and a luxury bath with laundry. Outside: private deck with grill and a relaxing hot tub (please shower before use). Take in million-dollar Blue Ridge views of Fisher Peak! Nearby: sprawling play field by a creek and firepit. Fast WiFi throughout the suite!

The space
This listing is for our private Guest Suite, which is fully equipped for long or short stays with a well-stocked kitchen and its own in-unit washer and dryer. To ensure your total comfort and seclusion, we only host one group at a time on the property; if you book this suite, the main house is blocked to other travelers.

I reside in the main portion of the home (separated by a locked interior door). I keep a quiet profile and will completely respect your privacy, though I’ll be out a few times a day to tend to my dogs, chickens, and geese.

• Exclusive Hot Tub Access: You have private, exclusive use of the hot tub during your stay.
• Well-stocked Kitchen & Laundry: The suite includes a full stove, oven, and a private washer/dryer located in the bathroom for your convenience.
• No Shared Guests: We never rent the two sides to separate groups simultaneously, so you’ll never share the outdoor space with strangers.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire suite, front and back porches , the entire field near the creek.

We have a friendly flock of chickens and geese living on the property! You are more than welcome to watch them from a distance. Please note that for their protection, their area is secured with an electric fence—we ask that you keep a respectful distance and supervise children at all times.

I live on the other side of the house with two puppies. Please text or call me if you need anything!

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests total.
• Pricing note: Our nightly rate is based on up to 4 guests. Each additional guest (5th and 6th) incurs a $50 per person per night fee to help cover increased utilities, extra towels and bed sheets, and septic tank usage.
• Please respect our septic system — use only toilet paper (no wipes, feminine products, or grease down the drains).

• Arrival & departure: Check-out by 11:00 AM and check-in after 4:00 PM. This gives us time for a full clean and helps our septic system between guests.

Friendly reminder: To keep the hot tub water sparkling clean and skin-friendly for everyone, please take a quick shower to rinse off any lotions, body oils, or makeup before entering. This helps prevent foam and keeps the water clear during your stay!

Pro tip: Rinsing your swimwear with plain water instead of washing with heavy detergents can also help prevent bubbles in the hot tub!
