Guest can use all areas with the exception of garage (storage shed) in the back

ID verification — we conduct our own brief verification process prior to check-in. It's quick, straightforward, and something we do for every guest to ensure a safe, trusted environment for everyone who stays with us.
Refundable incidental deposit — similar to a hotel check-in, we collect a small deposit at the start of your stay. It's fully refunded at checkout once everything looks good — which for the vast majority of our guests, it always does.
