There are no shared spaces. I will greet upon arrival, provide orientation, then leave you to enjoy! My  cat (Annabelle) is  very quiet and gentle and will be with me 90% of the time. NOTE: Special Events such as group dinners, professional photos or filming should be announced at time of booking as special daily rates may apply. <em><u>If not approved prior, additional fees will be charged and/or your reservation declined without refund. </u></em>

Location: Greyrock is a very quiet street at the back of a mature subdivision development.  10 minutes walk to bus, Guest parking up to 2 cars. Car is recommended for getting around in London or taxi service to and from downtown core (15 mins). 30 mins to Boler Mountain. 45mins to Stratford, Port Stanley, or Grand Bend.
PLEASE NOTE: Smoking of any substance including vaping is NOT permitted INSIDE.  There is no smoking of Marijuana on the property. Tobacco smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY (container required).  Electrostatic filtration unit on furnace and enhanced disinfectant cleaning procedures performed between guests.
