Perfect corner unit. 3 miles to the strip. Remodeled so everything is new and clean. It is the perfect condo for a comfortable work or holiday stay. Nearby stores include Starbucks, Walmart Supercenter, Vons, Denny's, plenty of fast food. Quick Lyft/Uber ride to the attractions.

Excellent location in Las Vegas, near everything in a modest but safe community. This is an urban condo community that appeals to budget conscious travelers.

Super fast T-Mobile 5g home internet.

Washer and dryer available in unit so you can travel light yet always be clean and fresh. I provide detergent and fabric softener. Ironing board and iron included.

The kitchen includes refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, blender, dishes, etc..

REVERSE OSMOSIS water filter so you will have unlimited clean refreshing water without having to get it at the store.

TV in living room and both bedrooms.

Full bathroom accessible from main living area. Half bath is in one of the bedrooms.
