Welcome to the Cozy Cottage! Our quaint & quiet studio guesthouse provides a cozy & comfortable atmosphere, with all the modern conveniences. And, is centrally located - just 5 minutes from downtown Waxahachie! Enjoy a luxurious queen-sized bed, cook in a fully-stocked kitchen, or bathe in a cast iron clawfoot tub. Enjoy your morning coffee outdoors on a private patio (breakfast, coffee, creamers provided) as you watch your dog play in the fully fenced, gated backyard (pets are welcome, too!).
